  • What's Not Returnable: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return once shipped:
    • Custom or Personalized Products: These are specially made just for you!
    • Edible or Perishable Products: We can't take back food or anything with a short shelf life.
    • Special Order Items: These are unique items ordered specifically at your request. (e.g., cake toppers, ribbon, plants)
  • Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or something damaged during shipping, we'll gladly accept your return or exchange regardless of the category.

For a smooth return experience, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pack it Safely: Use the original packaging and any protective materials if possible to ensure your item arrives back to us safely.
  • Trackable Shipping: Choose a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
  • Who Pays Shipping:
    • Our Mistake: If we messed up (wrong item, damage, etc.), we'll cover both return and (if applicable) re-shipping costs.
    • Change of Mind: If you decide you don't want the item anymore, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. (Re-shipping costs for exchanges will also apply)

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued promptly through your original payment method.
  • Timing: It typically takes 3 business days to process a refund, but your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect it in your account.
